Lawsuit v. Illinois Supreme Court over removal of judge

News report on oral argument in the case we had mentioned previously. It sounds as if the court is inclined to abstain.

On a personal note, Judge Chang adjuncted at Northwestern Law School while clerking on the ND Ill--I had him for Civil Rights.
